Corrections
When a published factual statement is materially wrong, WSOI corrects the text and adds a dated correction note explaining what changed. Minor typographical or formatting fixes that do not alter meaning may be corrected without a formal note.
Research updates
A policy paper may be updated when new data, law, technical guidance or implementation evidence changes the analysis. Material revisions receive a new version date and a concise description of the change. Older conclusions are not silently presented as current.

Readers can report a possible error through the contact form. Please identify the publication, the disputed passage and the strongest available supporting source. WSOI reviews the underlying evidence rather than counting how many people agree with a complaint.
