Effective July 31, 2026. This policy explains how WSOI Institute handles information submitted through wsoi.cc.
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, WSOI receives the name, email address, subject and message you submit. The form sends that information to the institute’s designated email inbox. WSOI does not store contact-form submissions as public posts or as a dedicated WordPress form database.
Routine technical information
Like most hosted websites, the server may process routine request information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp and security events. The contact form briefly uses a privacy-preserving derivative of the sender’s IP address to limit repeated submissions.
Cookies and analytics
WSOI does not currently run advertising or audience-analytics services. WordPress may use essential cookies for authenticated administrators and other core security or session functions.
How information is used
- To respond to inquiries and correction requests.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
WSOI does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the hosting and email providers necessary to operate the site and deliver a requested message.
Questions and requests
To ask about information submitted through this site, use the contact form. WSOI may retain correspondence when reasonably necessary to respond, document a correction or protect the security of the service.
